Service poor, food took a longtime to come and it was not hot. So disappointing!
Ate there last night. Service was terrible, we sat back by the kitchen and it was very loud. Heard the sirens, alarms all going off when I guess food was done. Waitress barely stopped by at all. Initial order of French Fries were so small it was terrible. Of course since waitress, nor a manager was in sight never had the opportunity to ask for more. Worse experience ever at a Red Robin.
The food is Awesome the service is grand and very freindly staff. Thanks Josh you are terrific. Very freindly and attentive.
We were sat right away but took forever for someone to come over to take our order. Once the waitress finally did she wasn't very friendly. Took a long time to get our food even though it was not busy and the food was disgusting. The waitress came over and asked if I wanted a box since I hardly touched my food and I told her no its disgusting. She shook her head and said ok you can pay on the machine on the table. Definitely not going back!
Had a great gluten free meal there again today. Love the French Dip on GF bun and fries in a dedicated fryer!
