The Zita's Chicky 'cado burger was a total bust. I didn't even get a hint of avocado but I sure did taste the thick chunks of red onion. The restaurant was not busy at all, but the hostess sat my daughter and I at a 2 top with me facing the front door being blinded by the glare of the setting sun. The server was cheerful and slow. She never offered to fill my water glass or ask if we wanted more fries till we were almost finished. It is cooked how you want it! Wait staff is friendly and quick to serve. Excellent service!
Burger was still bloody, no flavor at all. Menu advertised peppered bacon. Turns out it's regular bacon sprinkled with a small amount of pepper. Way to be deceitful. Fish was really soggy, flavorless. Steak fries came out cold, stale. Server was great, and management took care of us with the bill, which is greatly appreciated. but the food was absolutely horrible.
Second time in a few months that our pickup order was wrong again tonight. We live in Pace (about 30 minutes from the restaurant) and with a family of 5 to find their meals incorrect at the dinner table is simply unacceptable, not to mention costly. We'll be heading elsewhere to buy our burgers in the future.
They have the best assortment of yummy burgers thank anywhere else I have ever been.
We enjoyed ourselves and we’re planning on going back atmosphere was great. We had very pleasant service and the experience was great.
