It is cooked how you want it! Wait staff is friendly and quick to serve. Excellent service!

Tile floors are greasy as hell so watch your step. Our waitress never came to check to see if we were ok or needed anything until we were almost done...which was very annoying because she only had 4 tables she was serving. Food was “meh”. Overall we were not impressed at all!
Burger was still bloody, no flavor at all. Menu advertised peppered bacon. Turns out it's regular bacon sprinkled with a small amount of pepper. Way to be deceitful. Fish was really soggy, flavorless. Steak fries came out cold, stale. Server was great, and management took care of us with the bill, which is greatly appreciated. but the food was absolutely horrible.
Second time in a few months that our pickup order was wrong again tonight. We live in Pace (about 30 minutes from the restaurant) and with a family of 5 to find their meals incorrect at the dinner table is simply unacceptable, not to mention costly. We'll be heading elsewhere to buy our burgers in the future.

They have the best assortment of yummy burgers thank anywhere else I have ever been.
first time at a Red Robin's and it was amazing! the staff are quick and super friendly and very kid friendly! the food was delicious and cooked very well. the kids meals were large and the kids adored their pizza and chips for one and pizza and apple slices for the other. it was a lot of food - with the amazing onion rings - and perfectly full for me. fries also were just great they weren't too salty and were fried crispy soft lol if that makes sense. I cannot wait to go back!
