Nothing to write home about. Just a burger and fries.. over priced
Terrible service!!! Had a awful first time tonight!! The server even told me he couldn't handle his section!! when I asked where my salad was he told me he never ordered it!! Then when our appetizers came out we had no utensils or napkins and he was no where to be found. I could go on but all I have to say is my family and I will never eat here again. Thanks for a terrible dinner experience Jason.
Never thought I'd write anything bad about Red Robin. We apparently have 2 servers and a busboy who can't even get our burger and Mac n cheese order out...let alone spoons for our root beer floats. We've been here for 40 mins.
Always have a great experience here! I love that I can order a gluten-free burger and as many orders of gluten-free fries cooked in a non contaminated fryer that is dedicated to just the gluten-free fries. That to me means a lot. We sit at the bar most times we visit and have never had a negative bartender and or server experience and I doubt we ever will. Clean place with good food. Great place for a high end burger.
Just went there tonight for take out. Ordered a cheeseburger with cheese and lettuce only (came with pickles, relish and ketchup), an Ensenada chicken with broccoli (came with salad) and another burger which was not modified. Very disappointed that I know cannot eat my dinner other than frys and my fiancé has only chicken for lunch tomorrow since the lettuce will wilt from having the chicken/sauce on it. Will not get take out from here again.
Long wait for food even though they were not that busy. Waitress came back once to check on us after we were just about done. Never asked about the endless fries or if we needed drink refills. The onion soup was so salty and 90 percent bread. Tasted like it came right out of can. At the end of the meal we told waitress we were paying by cash, after 15 minutes when she never came back to get money I finally paid but credit card. This place sucks no service the waitress is in la la land.she takes your order and you never see her again. No manager on duty that we could see. I will go some where els next time.
Thank you to our server Laura and kitchen manager Glenn for making our first visit here a wonderful experience. You 2 and the kitchen staff made my milk allergy a priority and I am so thankful! It's so nice to be able to go out to eat and not have to worry about ingredients containing milk products. And thank you to the Red Robin executives for being concerned with customers food allergies and having an allergy menu! We will be back soon.
I was recommended to go here for the burger and fries. I asked for medium rare burger had to be fixed twice. The burger was very plain tasting by itself I believe for what I received very overpriced. I never received refill till right before I was leaving. Overall bad experience and customer service.
