Love the burgers, food and service!!! It's just a great atmosphere and great value. Their rewards program is always fun to get free stuff
I ordered online for a curbside pickup.I waited outside for over 10 minutes for my food I had to call to see where it was, and they finally came out and gave it to me. I am now home enjoying cold onion rings and a sort of warm cheeseburger. SADNESS!
Yum... From the moment we walk in was greeted with a smile sat a moment later Waiter took our drink order. Service was great thou the restaurant was very busy. We will continue driving the hour to Sanford Red Robin.
The burger was good, the fries were good, the server Natasha was awesome! She did everything right!
Placed an online order today at 11:30. Order went through and payment was processed but I arrived at your location to find it closed. Have emailed corporate to demand a full refund asap. I understand closing due to the impending weather, but it is unacceptable to have online ordering still working when your store is closed. We have had several great experiences in your location but almost as many bad ones, this situation may keep us away permanently.

First time last night. It was just Okay, not planning on going again for a $80 dinner for my family for what we got last night. Service was okay too, nothing that make them special!
I went to celebrate my birthday with my husband and found it to be a very nice place to get some good food and the service was good as well.
