The greeter was fantastic and super friendly. The waitress was extremely busy and maybe that is why the service was lacking. The meal was quite frankly under sized and over priced. They provided us with no flatware either and looked a little annoyed when I asked for some. Oh and if you ask someone if they would like another order of fries and they reply yes then you probably bring them some!
The food was great as usual. Our wait staff was spot on and the new pos terminal at our table was pretty neat and very user friendly. We did wait a bit after being seated to get our waitress and drink order taken but, to be fair, we did ask for a seat change. The place looks great since the remodel and appeared clean. I was surprised at how much the prices went up. With tip, our meal cost just under a $100.00 for 4 people. I'm not sure I'll be spending that kind of cash on hamburgers again anytime soon though. Terrible service.. Waited over an hour for a burger and it was actually raw in the middle after all that time. Had to hunt down waitress fir a drink refill because she was too busy talking with other waitstaff. When I spoke with the manager about my concerns, she actually argued that I was wrong about the burger, the wait and the poor service.
Need the original garlic fries back. Probably won't go back unless they bring those fries back. New ones have a seasoning sprinkled on them. No one liked them.
