Waited about 20 minutes. Our appetizer plates came out dirty. Our server just keep apologizing for the dirty plate , rest of our service was very good.
I love red robin!! The service is an A+. And the drinks are A mazing!
Considering that I found a long, black string in my sandwich (ew) AND they got my friends order wrong: I would say I am highly disappointed.
The young lady that served us was Great , the burgers that we had was really bad , had to use a fork and knife to cut it up so I could eat, the buns were very hard . Maybe it was just a bad day to be there. Not sure if we will try again.
We went to the Red Robin in Amherst,NY with our kids for dinner. Great food! While we were walking out, the girl clearing off our table ran after us to return our son's wallet! Thank you for hiring honest and decent employees! $30 isn't a lot of money but to an 8 year old that was all his money to buy presents! Thank you again. Sorry I didn't get your name! Merry Christmas!
