Only been there twice, but liked it both times. Amanda was my waitress the second time I was there and I hope she is next time I go because we was awesome
Place was dimly lit. Menu was here there and everywhere. You have to go through the entire menu, so we were told, to find the 6.99 burger. We had the 10.00 burgers that were not that great. Then they charged me 1.99 for a tablet they put on my table to play games on. When asked about it, was told it said so on the screen. No it did not. Will never step foot in a theme type resturant again in my life.
We always get great food and service. The servers always take time with us to explain the menu.
I really love the burgers here the remind me of the burgers I had as a little girl.. They are the juiciest...
Burgers were disappointing ...lacked flavor , cooked on a convyer....wait staff was engaging ...but had to wait 10 min for a fry refill ...not going back.
The waiter, Jay, was amazing! I'll be sure to ask for him in the future!
Just because its busy doesn't mean the waiter shouldn't be friendly or have a smile on his face
The service was awful!!! The food when we got food was alright!
