Our order was cold. The waitress was rude. My sons chicken breast had Bones yes Bones in it. Was very disappointed in the whole experience.
Came here for dinner with my bf and daughter. Had high expectations since it was packed with a 30 min wait, and it smells amazing in there. The fried mushrooms and mozz sticks were awesome, then we got our burgers. Mine was the whiskey BBQ chicken and it was pretty bad. My bf got the black and blue burger and had to trade it for something else, and the next burger was just as bad. It's hard to believe gourmet burger joint makes McDonald's look good.
I had the crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious!! Our waitress Heather was amazing!! Will definitely come here again.
My husband and I had a great experience yesterday when we stopped for an early dinner before a movie. Our server, Tom, was fantastic! He answered our menu questions, was attentive and enthusiastic. Our food was excellent. Appetizers came quickly & our meals were delivered in a timely fashion. This is the best location that we have ever been to, will definitely return soon!
Was a little disappointed with this particular Red Robin. Slow service and the fries weren't quite hot. Burger was good.....

We were in last night with a party of 11 and I must say, you were on your way to a Bad review... We waited almost 1/2 hour to order drinks after all of the people showed up which means it at least 40 min for the first 4 of us that showed up early to save the table space... The reason for the 5 star was because of our server, Anthony... He was one of the best servers I have ever had... Great Come Back...
