Service was great, the double burgers were great, the garlic-parmesan fries were better yet, but.... our waitress did not mention that garlic fries would cost an extra $1.49, or, I’m assuming, that the sweet potato fires would cost extra. “Did we want regular, garlic, or sweet potato fries with our burgers?” Other than that, the visit was special.
Normally my favorite place, love the Banzi Boca burger or a Whiskey River Boca. Was heart broken tonight when I was told you no longer offer the Boca. I tried the new veggie burger patty...super thin and lacking in flavor. My burger just tasted like a bun with toppings. I'm so disappointed, this was the one place I could go and count on a thick Boca patty, making the burger feel hearty and full of flavor. Vegetarian for 22 years...please bring back the Boca.
Never had a problem before love eating there. This time we took our daughter and son in law and it was horrible. Food was all wrong and the server was rude. His name was Tyler. When we told him the things that were wrong he had an attitude. My daughter asked for tomatoes on her salad and he never brought them. When we asked for them he brought 1 slice of tomato out to her. I ordered a burger... I got a hockey puck! First and last time.
Great job as always by Red Robin. Food was perfect and delicious.
