Excellent food and service!
I had a wonderful birthday celebration there Saturday night! Our meals were great, the service was right on, our needs were always met and I even got a birthday sundae!! We all were very happy and satisfied!! �
My husband and I have consistently had terrible service at this location (Rt 59 in Hoffman Estates). The food is great, typical from this chain, but the service - waitstaff never comes back, or you have multiple servers in the same meal, so you have no idea if you have a dedicated server, have to continue to request drink refills or call a waiter using the little table kiosk. Great customer service
Went to the Hoffman estates location on Saturday for lunch about 3:30pm. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated and it wasn't that busy. The food was good. It just seemed the service was very slow and like I said it wasn't that busy.
Their food is always fresh and delicious. We always enjoy our meals there.
