I am usually very pleased with Red Robin's but yesterday was different. The burger I ordered was extremely salty. Like the cook dropped the salt shaker on it salty. It will be a while before I return.

We are always happy with the way we are treated at our Red Robin. Jessie is our favorite server. The manager is good about checking if we are satisfied. We visit usually every week. Love the people and the food.
The service is amazing and the food is even better! I never leave unsatisfied!!!!

I love RR. However, last night I ordered my burger very well done and it wasn't. I didn't want to send it back, as they were very busy...so my dogs loved me when I got home. :-)
