Our food and service was absolutely incredible! We had a pretty rough day the day we stopped in. The waitress heard some of what was going on and the manager and staff did things we never expected!!! I can't say enough about how great the made our day finish!!!!!
Been there a few times now over the last couple years. Excellent service and food everytime. Kids love it too.
Whiskey River burger was excellent as usual. The Garlic Aioli was a revelation! I will never have plain fries here again.
Loved the food. 3.00 dollars for ice tea is a little much.
It was my 74th Birthday and my wife arranged for all our children and grandchildren to be there with us, we totaled 15. We had a wonderful time. The snacks were great, the main menu was great and the service was the best, so good that I tipped her $25 cash over what we added to the checks.The young lady served us us with a smile the the whole time we were there. They even sang "Happy Birthday to me". It was a relaxing and enjoyable Birthday dinner. We were at the Fairview Hts, Il. restaurant. Thank you Red Robin.
Awesomeness during each visit, had the Buffalo wings. Delicious...
Customer service was some of the best I've had at any restaurant. I believe her name was Emily that waited on us, she was very tentative and was personable. She took care of my girlfriend, myself and my parents very well. Whatever the staff is being taught at this location keep it up.
