The food was average. The waiter was ok until the food runner dropped our food to us. Then he was barely seen until here dropped the check when our 10 asked for ice cream he half assed said well I can get it if he really wants it. NO THANK YOU. YOUR TIP WILL REFLECT YOUR SERVICE.

We were traveling and stopped at Red Robin. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They took our order and in no time at all our food was there...and cooked to perfection. Because they were on the ball we were back on the road quickly and in time to make it to our destination right when we needed to be!
Horrible experience. The service was horrible. No drink refills. No bottomless fries. My over priced burger was horrible , half raw , bacon was half raw.
The staff needs to be more careful in preparing gluten-free orders. They have made mistakes on two different occasions at the expense of my daughter who was then sick for days afterwards.
Second time I've been to this location where they forgot to put our order in. Won't be back.
