My to-go order was not completed correctly, I ordered a sombrero chicken salad without red peppers and was given a sombrero salad WITHOUT chicken. When I called I talked to 3 people and the 2nd person told me that I was wrong, it said no poultry. When I told that person that I was looking at the receipt and it said “w/grilled chicken, no red peppers” they connected me to the 3rd person.
