Food was great service was slow. My kids wanted refills and never got any
We went there on Labor Day as a family. It really was not that busy. The hostess kept taking other people to there tables before us even though we were there ahead of them. Finally, I asked why and we were told since we had a child that we could only be seated in a certain area. I don't call this rebranding their restaurant as they explain on the Internet, this is pure discrimination. My child is 8 years old and we have been taking him to restaurants since he was a baby. They sure do have great hamburgers and the best fries and onion rings and great people that wait on you
Horrible experience today. Our server was totally bothered by having to deal with customers. The burger was completely charred black, and the manger was too busy watching the steelers game to know any of this was happening. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them makes all the difference. In this case, it couldn't have been handled worse if they tried. With so many other dining choices around, there's no reason to go back.
