Absolute WORST service ever!!! I was only one sitting at the bar, took 10 minutes to get a draft beer......The bar was filthy the bartender acted like me asking for a drink was an hassle. I ordered an appetizer that after 20 minutes never came. I paid via self check out and I will NEVER ever return here again and I will make sure my friends will never waste their time. Do NOT eat here!! Here is what the bar looked like and keep in mind I was the only one at the bar!!!
This location is absolutely terrible. My partner and I were just in there and we were seated right away at an empty booth right in front. We were there for over 20 minutes and not a single server even came to take our drink orders or even acknowledge we were there. Multiple families of 4+ people that came in after us were greeted and had their orders taken but no one ever came over to us, so we walked out. Will never go back.
The food was lukewarm at best, they messed up our appetizer, the food at the table next to us was messed up, and we waited 30 minutes to get food.
My family an I are visiting Cincinnati because my daughter has AML leukemia an is getting a transplant we went to this Red Robin an asked to be seated alone so she could take her mask off they had a whole section closed off the guy was not polite cause we asked for special seating but said he would seat us alone while we wait he comes back an said that we could not bring her stroller in cause of fire code well what about people in wheel chairs we left cause he was very rude tonight my family an I decided to try go there agai... read more

Had a great first experience. Really good food in great atmosphere.
Waitress must have been new took her forever to take our order. Then our refills of fries never showed up. Burgers were awesome
