Absolutely piss poor service!! Ice freaking cold I didn’t get all my food. I just had the absolute worst experience your partner company @door dash and driver. I don’t want a credit I want a refund back to my bank acct...Forget convenience...Absolute POOR SERVICE
We waited nearly 40 mins to be seated at 4:00 this afternoon. Get inside, it’s practically empty. Took 10 or more minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our orders. Had to get our own utensils. My food came out almost 20 mins after my family received their meals. We usually love coming to this Red Robin but our experience this afternoon was terrible. Not sure we’ll be back. We can just hit the food court and keep it moving.
