Good food fast! Can't wait to go back. My hubby just loves the wedge salad.
The food is always great, was shocked to pay $1.99 for an entertainment fee. I assume because they sang happy birthday to my daughter. So I spent $6.79 on 3 pieces of mud cake then had to pay $1.99 for 3 people to sing a little happy birthday song. Are you kidding me? If I would've been told a bout the fee, I would've sang happy birthday myself! These are the things that stick out in my mind when I consider going back to eat at a restaurant. And I will tell everyone I know. Thank you.
My husband stopped at this location on Aug 22, 2015 at3:00pm. He set on the patio so he could smoke after his meal. He had a cigarette after placing his order. Ate his food and was smoking another cigarette. Half way through the second cigarette someone who worked there came out and told him that he couldn't smoke. His bill was over $20.00. We use to eat there quite a bit and we would smoke on the patio and have had ashtrays brought to us. We will NEVER eat there again! If I could I would give you a NEGATIVE 5 star review!
Went to the restaurant tonight for dinner after being seated and 15 minutes pass and no server coming to the table we left. Was kind of a strange situation they seated a very large party after us and they were waited on in less then 2 minutes. Think it will be quite awhile before we go back. 2 other tables also left tonight for the same reason....service sucks right now at RED ROBINS in GROVE CITY
We always get great service and deliciously hot food!!!!
The restaurant was 1/2 empty but we had to wait 15 minutes for a table (which they didn't tell us... we sat there thinking they were adding a highchair). Evidently they didn't have enough servers to cover the restaurant. We got our table, ordered drinks and food and waited over an hour for our burgers. We had to go up and ask for our food. After complaining, we waited 20 minutes for our check. Two hour later and we are walking out....
That black and blue burger. Wow so good, juicy, nice chunks of blue cheese, bacon. I'll be back.
Almost as good as Thurman's cafe ;)
