Food is always good at Red Robin. Waiting time was 15 minutes at 6:30 on a Saturday, so not bad, but there were lots of open tables, so that seemed odd. Wait staff, namely the managers, seemed very agitated. But we got our food in a timely manner and had good service from our waitress.
I got the buzz mac and cheese burger last night and there was hardly any Mac and cheese on it it looks nothing like the picture. Won't be going there anytime soon.
The wait time at 4:30 pm is unacceptable, 10 to 15 min wait with 75% of the restaurant empty, this has happened many times.
That there was officially the worst place I've ever eaten. I was there for over a hour and a half. Ate a mediocre over priced burger and beer. $27.11... made me wait 30 minutes for a table outside when there were 6 open tables outside and I counted 10 inside. Red Robin socks. Could say more bout it. But no one cares
Food was hot and fresh. Great wait staff. The cod was great and the fry's are awesome. Husband had the chilli chilli cheese burger and he enjoyed it. So thanks it was great. We will be back.
Order the clunk and shrimps. 12.99 got 2 little tenders. Had to ask for more fries. Was not even asked if I wanted more like they normal do. So not the best of Service.
It's a little pricey but, well Werth it! The burgers were cooked to our liking & were very filing.
One of my favorite restaurants, great food and even better food
