We come here often, but most recently for my husbands birthday. I had dropped off a cake the day before and told them I'd be in Saturday evening. I reminded the manager about it, yet when the bill came we still had no cake. I wrote a note to the server, Corey, and even though he had no idea (I guess the manager didn't tell him, but it was busy so I don't blame him) he went all over looking for it. He was apologetic and very nice. The servers here are great and I have never had a bad experience.
Had a very good time. The food was very good , we had two people waiting on our table very happy we will be back in the future. :-)
I love the Red Robin in Independence. The service is excellent. They have a burger that has bacon and egg on it with endless fries that just makes you think about coming back again.
We usually go to Willoughby red Robin, but today we were in the area and we stopped at independence one. Busy place but they were fast and efficient to seat us. I had the Holiday Turkey Burger and my hubby had his royal radio robin and they both were excellent. The food was great and so was the service! Thank you to the girls who were serving our table.
