Server, Chris, was the laziest person. When ordering we asked for cup of coffee when the meal was brought...."remind me" was his reply. Drink that was ordered looked wrong...never stopped back so went up to him blowing the breeze with the female bartender...she had a smarmy comment to say. Husband talked with manager and he did nothing. We will find another place to bring our Aunt in the future.
Never waited more than 15 minutes to be seated. Fantastic management and crew. Superb service.
Service is great, but the new trendy look, not so much. That's one of the things I loved about Red Robin was the looks. I don't know what you were going for, but now I have no desire to eat there. I see you've made your portions smaller, probably to pay for the horid decor. Oh well time for a change for a new favorite.
Wings was good that's it. Ice tea, I just love refills without more ice. I really like room temperature tea, not. Then I order the cheeseburger well done. First the bun was wrong then I guess well done means burnt, dry, and tasteless. Only reason I came for free birthday but as usual they do disappoint. Most overrated burger place ever.
This was the worst experience I've had... we were seated and waited for over an hour to get our food... when our food finally did come the food was not properly cooked... needless to say we will not come back to this poorly ran established restaurant. ..
I must say, Eric V was an amazing server and the entire staff was very nice! However the food was tasteless. Even my swiss cheese was bland Never again will I go to a Red Robin anywhere
