My wife and I enjoyed our time a Red Robin. From the hostess to the great waitress we had. Her name is Angela. Our food was great and Angela make our time there really enjoyable, And now that you have big salads, we will be coming back more.
The service was not as good as my first time the food was awful
Waited an hour before order was taken; never refilled drinks. Finally asked for food to go before we got our food. This was by far the worst service here I have ever gotten. When we asked for food go we got it within 15 minutes of leaving.
Our food was excellent as always. But, our service was not. Our waitress rushed us to order. She literally walked away when my husband tried to order a beer. And we had just gotten our appetizer, then boom our food came out.
