The food and service was good. But my only complaint is the older couple sitting next to us was bitching over some damn fries. So what it took your server 15 mins to get them. Our server Katie was great, she explained to us that they were short staff..Now this is to that couple or anybody who likes to complain in a restaurant. I had a wonderful experience. The workers were very friendly & the server was awesome! I loved how he kept checking in on me in a timely manner to see if i needed anything. My order was delivered quickly & accurately despite having a large crowd not to mention it was a Friday night! Overall I am highly satisfied with my experience at this location. I will be coming back for a vist very soon!
The burger was excellent. The service, not so much.
38 mins to get a hamburger served.missing ingredient. Very poor service asked for a take home comtainer from the manager and he brought out one smeared on the outside with something like BBQ sauce. And looked like it was wipe out inside
My son and I haven't been to Red Robin in a while since we moved... overall a pleasant experience. The waitress could've been more attentive but she was very cordial and that was nice to experience!
Great food, great service. All in all I had a very good experience.
