45 minute wait for food that wasn't quality and very pricey.
We have been going to this location for years and have no issues with service or food , however this time the burgers were on the same level as Mc Donald's. My burger was ordered medium and came out well done and dried out with not much of the toppings a 10.95 burger should have . We will give them another try but with red coat tavern close by it's not much of a contest
Red Robin burgers have changed. They recently remodeled and our guess is that they have to get less quality food to pay for it. The burgers now taste more processed and charbroiled- like Burger King. We use to really lime this restraunt...that is too bad.

EVERY TIME I went here, HORRENDOUS service, wrong food, incorrectly cooked food, management was extremely ignorant and rude, NOTHING but problems. Go to the RR in Roseville, they NEVER disappoint!!
Food was great and our server Ryan was amazing. The best service we have ever had. So great that I made sure I let his manager know before we left.
The food is good but $3 for an iced tea is ridiculous!!!
Received my carry out and when I got home to eat my Royal burger I was disappointed to find a completely RAW egg on top. Ridiculous service! Would never recommend this overpriced facility.
