Morgan was our server and she was excellent!! We ordered our usual....2 clam chowders, a Bonsai Burger for my hubby and the Chicken Teriyaki for me. We arrived at 11:40 and we had our bill by 12:15. She asked us both if we wanted more fries (which we didn't) and never once did we have to ask for a drink refill!! We really enjoy this Red Robin location and will be back soon. Thanks again Morgan....your service was impeccable.
Food and service were excellent. I had a chili burger. It was my birthday. I got a sundae and sang to.
Waitress got drink order and food order wrong. Some guy wearing street clothes went behind the bar and made himself a drink. If a restaurant makes a big huge deal about bottomless fries they should probably ask customers if they want more. We didn't, but don't make it a thing if it really isn't. Waitress blamed food issue on her manager, also.
Burger was a little burned and waitress would forget to come back.
The Tavern burger was delicious. The tower of onion rings are always a favorite and I really appreciate that they have sweet potato fries.
Aburger for everyone and every one is a masterpiece.
I have been here quite a few times and have only been upset once. That was when I was served cold onion rings, but the manager took care of it right away! The employees are always so nice and stay on top of things! Their seasoning is the best! I always buy a container to take home and use for cooking!
Offer more allergen free/gluten free choices but otherwise they're awesome!
Red Robin has the best selection of burgers around, love them
