$1.99 kids meals on Wednesday, friendly, welcoming staff, excellent server, and delicious food! This Red Robin is doing it right!
The food was ok, the staff was mediocre at best but the worst thing was that they gave me the biggest burger in a bowl basically! I had no room to cut my burger in half not to mention because the burger was so large I was given 5 fries!
First time at Red Robin, ordered a cowboy ranch tavern but was told I could only get it ‘medium well’ so the server suggested switching to the single patty to get it medium. I had seen that as an option so said sure. Burger was cold when it arrived (like the American cheese hadn’t even melted at all cold) but our server had a party of 20 so she had told us that she would probably be unavailable until we were done, so I didn’t bother trying to find her. The burgers were defiantly “pre cooked” and sitting on a warmer. So were the fries. The waitress was nice, but when we told her she did not offer to anything about it. We will not return.
Waitress was amazing but the kitchen messed up our children's orders and my husbands burger and mine were disgusting! The "bacon" looked like the microwaveable stuff and we left with very upset stomachs.
Great wait staff was in this past Sunday and about 1/2 hour later I was sick to my stomach and in your bathroom forever :/
