This is to the manager and especially our server Tuesday evening. We were the booth of 10 with the lady who didn't get her soup when she wanted it. You were great!! You did everything you could to try to make her happy! There is no excuse for her rudeness to you! Please don't let her attitude get you down! Good was great, service was great!
A group of friends and I stopped in for a friends birthday. We wanted to send a huge thank you to our server, Noah, he was very quick, very tentative, and always had a smile. He made our birthday celebration great. Thank you!!!
Service wasnt too bad, food was great. But the cleanliness of the store could be way better. The table we were sat at was filthy, dirty silverware... They server cleaned it after I said something. But didnt clean the whole table. Dried sauce next to the seat. Dust everywhere. On a positive note the food was good
Service was ridiculously slow, wasn't even busy. Endless fries? More like disappearing server... she wasn't around to even ask for more, and the 6 fries you start out with? Wasn't given silverware, what was I supposed to eat my $12 salad with? Music was so loud I couldn't have a conservation without yelling. Condiments on the table were disgusting, sticky and dirty. Waited too long for the bill and even longer for her to take my money. Won't be returning.
Your burgers a usually very good, service as well. Your bottemless fries are ridiculous. I asked as soon as we were seated to have some fries. They came out with our meal. I then asked the lady who brought our food (not our server) for more fries...they never came. Finally, when our server came back to give us the bill, I asked for more fries again. At the end of our meal we finally got more fries.
