Fabulous service from start (fries as soon as we asked) to finish (constant root beer float and fry refills). Thank you Amber!!
The chicken BVQ on chips was very mushy. Could not eat it. Would not order that again. The burger was just fair at least it was eatable
Went to red Robin Holland on Wednesday night ,asked for our fries, didn't come until our meal came. Then the burger was supposed to be extra well done, got half way thru and it was pink inside,very messy and no silverware to be found. We had to ask someone cleaning tables for Everything, waitress no where in site. Will not be going back boycotting red Robin and telling all our friends not to go.
It was a good meal. A bit pricey and the burger was so sloppy I was forced to eat it with a knife and fork. Otherwise, it wasn't bad at all.
Never order ribs at a hamburger joint...but I did..it was their special...got order..way To much fat...sent back and got a burger..course didn't have to pay for the ribs...
Waitress falsified my receipt and wrote in a tip. We took very good care of her with a cash tip, but apparently someone got a little greedy. Management was courteous in helping me resolve this, but I will never come back. Isolated incident I'm sure, but still...something you don't forget.
