took over 40 minutes to get food and we started asking for bills over 35 minutes ago....and still waiting. Tiffany our waitress addressed people by their beverage. my name is Jackie...not water or Sprite!

Burger was ok but had better there
Our food was cold until we got our last order of fries. Took a long time for our food to come out. Service not so great either. I get that they were busy, but when another server cleans up your table twice & takes your bill up, all while servicing her tables too, then you seriously need to step up your service skills.
