good service always get quality food...never have been dissapointed
Food is normal, average. Nothing special nothing bad. Pricey. 2 kids meals, one “adult” chicken tender meal, salsa and chips and two drinks...$45. Not worth it.
Just had the catered burger bar delivered for a get together at work. Excellent service from placing the order all through delivery. Great job Flint Red Robin.

Absolutely horrible food. My sandwich was cold and greasy. The waiter's excuse was "I don't know why it would be cold. Maybe it's because it's wrapped in lettuce?" That's funny...my sister's sandwich was also wrapped in lettuce but wasn't cold. I've reported this on the website but I'm sure I won't get a reply.
Great food but horrible service! Took us 15mins to get drinks then took 10mins for side of mayo then took another 15mins to get check! It was 9:30pm on a Monday was super slow in the restaurant! Was not happy with the service! Next time I'll be sure to ask for a different waitress! She was more concerned with her phone & what was going on in the back then with her tables! I myself am a server so I no this was VERY unprofessional by far!
