We have a group of 8 who have been seated at a table for at least an hour and we still have not received our food. No one has come to apologize for the wait either. This service is unacceptable. We have watched other groups come in, order, eat, pay and leave...still we wait.
It was busy being a Saturday, but wait time was minimal. Service was great with very little wait WHICH was great with two very hungry seven year olds. They loved the choices on the kids menu and our food didn't disappoint! Great and !
Its the best place in Portage to get a great Gourmet burger!
I love the food and the service. One hot summer day we visited and told the waitress that we were dehydrated. She kept the drinks coming until we got better. We love your staff and the food.
The best burgers! I really like the red's tavern double its so good. I used to be able to eat the whole thing, but when they offer all you can eat fries I can only eat half. So for me it's 2 meals for the price of one. And the staff is awesome. They are always so appreciative of your business. :-)

It started it out be a great place to eat, but then it went down hill. Burgers about half the size that they use to be!
