Danny M is the man he made the experience amazing!
When I have a craving for a big sloppy burger this is the place to go. Can't beat it. Generally we figure on a bit of a wait after we order because the kitchen is pretty busy. Not so this time. Don't know what changed but I think it couldn't have been ten minutes from order to food on the table. Thanks crew!
My husband I went to Celebrate our 16th yr Anniversary and my Birthday and loved our food...my fries were a bit cold and undercooked so I mentioned that to the manager and he went right back to the kitchen and ordered me fresh fries and informed me they took the fries off the fryer to soon.. Was really happy they did it right for me...would of liked to of had the fries with my burger and not after I was done eating it... Otherwise I have always had an Excellent meal.
My family went here on 10/16/16. There were 17 of us. The waitresses worked hard, and we were in, and out quickly. I had the Bruschetta Chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. I had never been to a Red Robin before this visit, but I will visit again soon.
The service was great and although very busy, our wait for food was short. With that being said, my family and I did not like the burgers, which were VERY under cooked. Just not my cup of tea but GREAT employees.
We love Red Robin, our dinner yesterday was very good, service was extraordinary.
I had a very good experience, food was good, great waitress!
The food was decent but 40$ +tip seemed a bit steep for a shot, shake, burger and fish. There are other restaurants we prefer for that amount of money.
