this is the second time that I have eaten here. the first was ehhhhh... the second no way... it took forever to get out hamburger that looked like it came from McDee's and both of them were cold and I dont mean a little it was like they were sitting for 20 minutes and then trayed. my wife's fries were cold but nit as cold as the hamburgers. the only thing hot and possibly fresh were my onion rings. I would avoid the Portage Red Robin like the plague.
