Our service was excellent. Our waitress Amy was exceptional and kind. We love going to Red Robin, they always treat us well and the food is always amazing!

I was so disappointed with the food and the service we received for my kid's Birthday's. Your bottomless fries is a joke. You shouldn't have to ask for more fries if your plate is empty. You should not have to ask for refills on drinks three times. Your establishment and our waitress either were not busy. It was a Sunday early evening. We ordered a Tavern burger to go with onion rings and there was only three onion rings in the container. Your prices are outrageous for the food and service received. Terri Martens
