Just ordered take out. Two Mighty Caesar Salads... got home only to find not even half way filled containers, no cheese, lettuce is not fresh, and a tiny piece of grilled chicken. These two salads cost us $25.42. I called to inform the manager and was on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up. We either got side salads by mistake or their Mighty Cesar salads are not worth ordering at all. Last time we ordered salads as take out they were filled to the top of the container and lasted two meals.
It was my birthday and me and my sister ordered our meals and my � was so dry and the bun was not fresh at all ...the waiter greeted others around us but not us she even checked on orders asking how was there meal and not us... I wonder why it was the worst experience ever on Gratiot...never again
Terrible! I asked for my A1 peppercorn burger to be well done and it came out medium well. The waitress was so overwhelmed her first response was do you want me to take it off your bill or have them remake it? The service was taking so long to even get silverware I went with her first response and that was to take it off the bill. They definitely need more servers to serve bigger parties.
Food was good and our waitress was very nice......even tho the couple that came in after us were given water and there food came b4 ours. And yes i hate to say it but they were white. But the vibe in the restaurant felt slightly unwelcoming to begin with.
Very poor service! Had my grandson birthday 4 years old was there 2 1/2 hours and didnt have time to sing to him as they sang to others around! Very hurt and disgusted with this franchise!
Took my grandson there for his birthday with 9 others so a party of 10. We had to wait nearly an hour before being seated even though the section where they normally seat large parties was left totally open. Service was terrible, our waitress took our drink order & meal order the we didn't see her and she didn't stop by until everyone was done & fed up.
