Will not be back! Called ahead for a reservation for a table of 8, on Sunday the 18th of March! Guy who answered the phone said no line, no problem, we will have it set up! Arrived 15 min later, no table ready, lots of empty tables only to have some girl come over and tell us it would be about a 15 to 20 minute wait! 15 minutes go by we get seated, waitress has to many tables to keep up with, felt sorry for her! Went to the Roseville location tonight for date night with my fiancé. Usually the service is slow ish but we really had a craving. Tonight we walked in and got seated it took our waitress 10minutes to greet us and get our drinks. Then we wait another 10minutes for us to be able to order our food. Food was good. Waitress didn’t refill our drinks or fries.
Who does shift change at 5:00 pm!! Lobby full of people and several tables empty. Won’t be back here again. Ten to fifteen minute wait on Thursday at 5:00 pm because of shift change!!! Crazy!!!
Went to get burgers after bowling, waited 40 minutes for our food and then it came out cold! Fries were cold and grease soaked! We were so disappointed!
