Really unhappy with my visit. I've spent a lot of years inside a kitchen as either a kitchen manager or a line cook. I asked for the Brie burger, as pink as possible, no fig jam, and no bun. I got the burger the first time with the fig jam, the second time the burger was extremely well done and very hard to chew. The third time I got it the temp was correct however the burger patty itself was cut in half. Service was awful. They don't give you enough. They say bottomless fries but when we asked for more they didn't come out until we were ready to leave. Then our server didn't even give them to us. He completely disappeared. Won't go back!!
Very friendly staff, and great food. Always stop by when i can. Get the big ghost burger if you can handle the heat. YUMM
Well, the hostess acted like she did me a favor by opening on time, then told me I couldn't bring my baby into an empty restaurant. I have a folding stroller, refused to be helpful or accommodating.
They are very good,& love the sweet potato fries.
This is the third time that I've gone to Red Robin in Mayslanding, NJ and the burger was not good! The rolls fell apart as if they were previously frozen. Three strikes your out Red Robin!
Horribly slow service. Seated behind friends, they ordered ate and left before we got our food. Had to find the host to ask for wait staff after being walked by for 10 minutes. Ordered food and drinks and waited and waited and waited. Food came out after having to find and talk to the manager. No apologies offered, the place was empty. Asked for a check and was told I had to pay at the tablet on the table. No sense of urgency or pride whatsoever.
We always have a wonderful meal & their burgers are the best
