Usually not one for doing reviews but felt the need to share. On the way to being seating after a 30 min wait for a table, notice 10 tables that were all dirty and waiting to be cleared. Guess they don’t have a bus boy, but need to invest in one. Then the manager comes to our table and offers us an appetizer on them, to make up for our wait. the burgers were like hockey pucks...so over done.
RecommendedService was EXTREMELY SLOWWWW then we where forgotten however the manager did come and offered us free appetizers and our waiter was very nice and the food was very good...
Burgers are fresh and delicious!
I have to admit on occasion my husband and I would stop for a burger when we needed to go to the mall and today was no different, however the burgers today were like a wet. soggy mess not tasty at all. Both of us were disappointed. Sorry but I have to be honest this location has gone down hill for sure.
the banzai burger and sweet potato fries are the best! so delicious...and our waiter, Ethan was fantastic!
Just left the Red Robin in Cherry Hill and was told they had no table available for my family since we had a child with us. The wait would be 40 minutes. When I asked Ethan (the matrade) about the empty section behind me he stated it was closed. Then I asked about the corner booths that were empty and was told a party of three cannot sit there.
