Service was ignorant. They expect tips that's why they act like they do. Then when you dont tip based upon service they complain. Red Robin´s staff blows.
Usually have no problem, but our server was not attentive at all, the food took FOREVER, and it wasn't even that good. And the floor was wet everywhere...we won't be back, not for a long while. :(
Went this afternoon. Hostess looked like she would rather have teeth pulled than be there. Took us to our table, which 2 children would have had a problem sitting at and sped off into the sunset.(by the way, the second time the same hostess gave us the same table). The last time we complained and were given a different table, this time we just walked out. By the way, there were at least 25 empty tables, could she have remembered us from the last time?
I am highly disappointed at the service (or lack thereof) of your Deptford, NJ location. We were seated. Then for 10 minutes we were ignored by your staff. Nothing was said to us, so we got up and left. We love your food, but your staff is another story.
Horrible burgers! We would have been better eating in the food court... it took forever to get our food, the waitress was sweet but she forgot most of our requests. Big disappointment.
We went there tonight for my husbands birthday dinner. It was the first time eating there. Food and desserts were really good. The service we got was excellent. We had 7 people in our party and the total was very reasonable. We will be eating here again in the future.
Burger was nothing special, right on par with appelbees, friendlys, etc. Service was very substandard-had to ask for my free refill of fries (waitress never offered or asked if I wanted them) and they were never delivered. Heard many good things about place, but I'll never spend another dollar in there. Took survey offered on receipt, but never had any response

Absolutely terrible service. Waitress took our order and never returned once to check on us, but proceeded to check on her other tables multiple times. Our onion ring appetizer came out COLD after about 25 minutes. And 30 seconds later we received our burgers. The waitress never came to check on us ONCE. The two managers were very nice trying to make up for her ignorance and blatant neglect but at that point it didn't help.
