Wasn't impressed ....took 10 min for waiter...never was brought silverware....waited forever to get the check and boxes to go! Never again!!

Great food. Been there several times. But has the worst service out of all red robins I been to. They seem to never have enough staff no matter what time of day it is. The servers are great just to busy to adequately help everyone.
The burger was really good. Love the fries.
We go frequently for their delicious Red's Tavern Double Burgers with bottomless fries/broccoli and the best drink around, Absolute Freckled Strawberry... Booyah...Yum !!
Tonight we went to red robin in the deptford mall attempting to have dinner. We put our name on the wait list and I received a call that my table was ready. We walked back to the restaurant within the five minute window. As I was looking for a staff member to be seated, I received a text stating that we lost our table. The staff then told us that we would have to wait again for a table. Terrible customer service!!!!
Awful we had to 45 minutes to be seated which was fine and after our order was taken another hour to get burgers that's a bit much for burgers. The burgers were overdone and not at all what the picture and description was blah won't go back.
The worst experience I've had in a long time. We were there for 2.5hrs. We waited 30min to be seated. It took over an hour to get our food. The burger was less then mediocre. I had the black and blu burger. The burger looked lost on the roll and the toppings were few and far between. The bottomless fries were a joke. They bring out 10 fries on a plate and make you wait 1/2 hr. To get more. We had 3 adults and to children in our party and we got all of this for a mere 75 dollars. Our waitress was great today, the problem is that we ordered the salad with the crispy strips of chicken and bacon and it use to be eggs, now they don't put the eggs in because of the egg shortage but they charge you the same amount of money, now this comes down from corp. office the pricing so I think this needs to go to the corp office.
