I love their burgers but we are disappointed bc we ordered to go that was supposed to be ready per their email by 6:04 and we did not receive it until 6:30- also I asked for some pink in my burger and it came out red - more like medium rare. They forgot my ranch. �

We used to frequent Red Robin often with our kids, however, after today, we won't be back. We came for lunch and waited for 15 minutes to be seated, only to have our feet stick to the floor while walking to our table. The smell hit you in the face. Disgusting is an understatement. � We didn't even order, we just left. I tried calling to talk with a manager about the cleanliness and they told me they didn't have time to speak to me. Red Robin Yuuuckkk...
Great burgers and great brews..So close to home and I enjoy ever thing they have..Great value for what you eat.
Great service and food.
Bottomless fries my foot. Only thing I saw was the bottom of my plate. Not one refill! My iced tea refilled once. I had nothing to drink at the last part of my meal. Speaking of my meal, I love paying $15 for a burger I can get at Wendy’s for $6. Never again Red Robin. ( It says I recommend Red Robin, no way, it’s a rip off! )
I think the service was awesome but the food lacked something - oh! I know! FLAVOR! I ordered a "gourmet" burger that by the description on the menu should have lit a fire in my mouth. Not so much - as a matter of fact it was BORING. I make more flavorful burgers than this on my backyard grill. Now I have to admit the onion rings were awesome provided you ate them quickly. if you wait a minute or two they will be cold and not so much fun. But they tasted great. Bottomless fries were great.
