Due to covid-19 we had to do an over the phone order for a birthday dinner. I called at 4:30pm and was told that our order would be ready in 20min. 20mins turned into almost an hour, we sat in the parking lot waiting while cars came and went, finally I got out of the car and went up and asked were our food was. We finally received our food and headed home which is 10min away, when we got home our fries were cold and soggy like they had been sitting in the closed container and not seasoned. soo not impressed. come to find out... read more
Food was cold! After waiting 45 minutes after pickup time and food orders were taken to wrong vehicles!
I ordered online at roughly 6:30pm, got to the restaurant, and waited 2 1/2 hours for my "curbside" order. I was told approximately 5 times that my order was coming up. At 9:00 pm, it turns out that they either never got my order, or gave it to someone else. This scenario happened to many people that evening. The online orders were backed up almost two hours, and some of the doordash/Uber eats, etc... orders were never processed. Very disappointed, and I'm not sure we will ever give this restaurant another chance.
