Dude was on the job 2 days and had our table of 13 and did a great job!
We come to Red Robin alot and have never been disappointed until last night. The food was cold, the fish and chips were soggy and cold, and had no seasoning. They lost my sons order and by the time it came out the chicken strips were so hard that he couldn't even eat them.

Our kids love this place so every couple months we tend to make it a family dinner night out. after a long week of homeschooling, the kids (and parents) needed a reward so we stopped by our Valley Red Robin. We were sat quickly, even though they were very busy and observing all spacing safety measures. Our food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meals (and rootbeer floats!) Orderd for pickup online, called when we got there and nobody answered, my fiancé went in while he was still on the phone and got the food and said that everyone was just ignoring the phone while it was still ringing. total he was on the phone for about 3 and a half min with no answer. The only thing really wrong with the food was that one of the cinnamon doughnuts had raw dough on one side.
