Food was alright, but the service was terrible. The hostess led us to our table without saying a word. Didn't order drinks for about ten minutes. Got our appetizers before our drinks. Just not a good experience over all.
This by far is one of the busiest Red Robins we've been to, our service was superb for how busy they were.
the food was pretty good but the service was lacking, while I was waiting for my food to arrive I went to use the bathroom and all the sudden my server took the glass off of my table while I was in the bathroom, plus she wasn't all that friendly either, the other two Red Robin's are a lot better than the Northpointe location
