Food was good as usual and our server was very nice. Sadly though, the drinks at this Red Robin are rarely made well anymore. I came in because I wanted an American Mule with my dinner but that has been discontinued. People in Washington drink mules and yours was the best with the ginger liqueur and the tall cup, I loved it and told everyone about it. I usually enjoy the food. But I would be lying if I didnt report the pick service has alot of kinks. You have to go inside to the bar to pay and retreive your meal, meanwhile you are on the same line as people getting alcohol really? You can not have one line for everyone, theres the potential of food being cold due to the wait. My suggestions: have the bill for take out pay over the ☎ and anyone with cash only has to say it in advance so change can be provided withouy having to go to the bar.
the service and the food were both great! had a great time.
I'm never going back again I just had a burger tonight and half of it was burnet...... And the dessert doesn't look like how their menu shows. I wish I could have uploaded some pictures , it was nasty .
