I live near by, I come in pretty often. I am a foodie, and love it even with bad service. I typically get slow service but the other day my girls and I sat in the bar. Our server was Trevor and he should win waiter of the year. He gave me the best service I've ever had at Red Robin in the past ten years. Give that boy a raise. He checked up on us what felt like every few minutes and made sure we were happy. I work in the food service so I know that boy was workin hard. Thanks again!
Just sat for 15 minutes in the bar section without a single employee approaching me or taking my order

My wife ordered a bunless burger with sweet potato fries, the bun was there, not a magljor issue, but the fries were ice cold. My daughter ordered the cluck-a-doodle chicken strips with steak fries, both of which were cold. I ordered the bacon tavern burger with steak fries, no onion with the tomato on the side, the breaded onions were on the plate with the tomato, so my wife couldn't eat the tomatoes, and the fries were cold. Well, hit my quota for Red Robin for the decade, won't be back until sometime well into the 2020's.
