I thought the burger I had was very good. The Orange Creamsicle was, too.
Food was cold, but Sierra E was a fantastic server. Very attentive and made sure I was taken care of.
My experience was the worst the fries were old cooked not fresh and cold , the server was not professional,and service wasn't customer orientated to me.
This location was my worst place so far. They take to long to assist you with taking your order.
Took my 4 year old granddaughter for lunch. I was disappointed in the service as the staff were just medicore and didn't really go above and beyond. I would expect more for a $25 lunch. Most likely won't return.
I remember when your burgers came wrapped in paper it was so juicy and big! And it looked just like the yummy picture ! My kids took me to RR Wenatchee for dinner Sunday and, I'm sorry to say, it was awful! The burgers barely had any of the ingredients they showed in the picture. The boneless wings were dried out. Didn't eat those! No more big luscious burgers wrapped to keep the goodness in., burger and fries just haphazardly thrown on the plate.. had to ask the server over and over for our sauce.
