The food was great! Service not so much. Our server acted the whole dinner like he did not want to be there, slow service, we could barely hear him. Granted we were a group of 10, 6 adults 4 children...but ask for help if it’s too much. Yazz served my husband a coke, 20 min later when my husband asked for a refill he asked my husband acting shortly “What kind?” I said “Coke.” He didn’t remember an order 20 min ago??? We had dinner here Wednesday evening. The buns were cold, a screw was in the water. Manager came over and apologized (not very sincerely). She should have comped at least one of the drinks. Service was fine but food was just adequate.
Stopped in there today for lunch has we were driving through Wenatchee. Food was just ok...the waitress was complaining about her boss firing all the bus boys so she has to work harder... said she spilled a bunch of stuff in back that’s why her service was bad... then when I went to the restroom the waitress proceeds to tell my husband that it’s dangerous in the parking lot, saying she was attacked by a tweecker the night before.....just an FYI, we will never be back to this location again!
Well that was literally the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a restaurant. Our waitress who I gladly forgotten her name at this point, was by far the slowest girl around. It took 5 minutes to get our waters, and every time the girl would leave it would be a good 10-15 minutes before she would return. After almost two hours with a small infant, I was more then ready to leave.
