Red Robin is one of my family's favorite restaurants...We just went for my daughter 8th birthday and she had such a great time...She loved her birthday song and her ice cream....They have always been quick with our food and drinks and we have fun there......
I love the burgers there, atmosphere is great too.
We were there for almost an hour and a half for one burger & 2 kids meals. People around us had eaten & left. Wouldn't go back.
We ordered take out. Order was completely wrong and cold. It took them 20 minutes to get my husband the drink he ordered to go. Called and spoke to a manager to have situation rectified and he expected us to go back to have the order fixed. Asked if they could credit out card for the items that were wrong. He stated it could take up to a week to have the amount credited to our account but he never took our name and then hung up the phone. Don't order take out from them...horrible experience!!
